Cancellation Policy
Customers are allowed to reschedule or cancel their appointment. However, to respect our time and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policies apply: - Rescheduling or canceling more than 12 hours before the session: No charge. - Rescheduling or canceling within 12 hours but more than 1 hour before: 50% of the session fee will be charged. - Canceling within 1 hour or no-show (arriving more than 10 minutes late): Full session fee will be charged. No reschedule or refund will be issued. All changes must be submitted via the platform or email used for booking. Failure to follow these policies may result in service denial.All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to: - Missed sessions - Client dissatisfaction - Perceived lack of results - Early withdrawal from a program or membership By purchasing a package or program, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this no-refund policy. This policy exists to protect the value of our intellectual property and the integrity of our services, especially as many components (e.g., plans, strategies, assessments) are delivered in the early stages of the coaching relationship. For this reason, clients cannot cancel or withdraw from a membership after purchase, even if only one session has occurred.
