These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Intrinsic Nutrition LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), and all services, products, and content made available through it. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this website and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, purchasing a product or service, downloading content, scheduling an appointment, or engaging with us in any way, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms

If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access without notice and pursue all legal remedies available.

These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Offered

Intrinsic Nutrition LLC provides holistic health coaching, nutrition and wellness guidance, digital programs, and related services. We may also offer downloadable content such as nutrition or workout plans.

Certain coaching programs may include time-limited access to sessions, resources, or memberships. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without liability.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Coaching programs and materials are non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke access to any services if misuse, breach of these Terms, or inappropriate conduct is identified.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals residing in the United States, aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly serve or collect data from minors. By using our site or services, you warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Scheduling, Appointments, and Access

Clients may schedule sessions directly through our website using a third-party scheduling tool. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your information when booking.

We are not liable for missed sessions due to user error, third-party scheduling errors, browser incompatibility, user device failures, other technical issues, or external service outages. It is your responsibility to:

• Check confirmation emails

• Arrive on time

• Comply with the cancellation policy below

5. Fees, Payments, and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not retain full credit card details.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to update prices or fees at any time without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will retain original pricing.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Missed sessions

• Client dissatisfaction

• Perceived lack of results

• Early withdrawal from a program or membership

This policy exists to protect the value of our intellectual property and the integrity of our services, especially as many components (e.g., plans, strategies, assessments) are delivered in the early stages of the coaching relationship. For this reason, clients cannot cancel or withdraw from a membership after purchase, even if only one session has occurred.

By purchasing a package or program, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect our time and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policies apply:

• Rescheduling or canceling more than 12 hours before the session: No charge.

• Rescheduling or canceling within 12 hours but more than 1 hour before: 50% of the session fee will be charged.

• Canceling within 1 hour or no-show (arriving more than 10 minutes late): Full session fee will be charged. No reschedule or refund will be issued.

All changes must be submitted via the platform or email used for booking. Failure to follow these policies may result in service denial.

8. No Guarantees or Warranties

You acknowledge that coaching outcomes depend on personal factors such as your effort, consistency, and lifestyle. While we provide guidance, support, and resources, we do not guarantee results or outcomes of any kind.

All services are provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranties. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Any examples of client success or transformation are illustrative only, and not a guarantee that you will experience the same.

The responsibility for implementing suggestions and achieving any results lies entirely with the client.

9. Educational & Non-Medical Disclaimer

Our coaching and content are intended for educational and informational purposes only. We are not medical doctors, licensed dietitians, psychologists, or licensed healthcare providers. Intrinsic Nutrition LLC does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

All coaching, guidance, and recommendations — including but not limited to nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, and supplement suggestions — are offered as general and/or personalized advice for wellness support purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree to hold harmless Intrinsic Nutrition LLC for any indirect, incidental, or unintended consequences resulting from following advice or failing to follow suggestions provided in the course of coaching.

Always consult with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new health or nutrition program, especially if you have known medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or undergoing treatment for a health issue.

Use of our services is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for any outcomes that result.

10. Supplement, Fitness & Mindset Guidance Disclaimer

As part of our holistic coaching approach, we may offer suggestions or general guidance on:

• Exercise and physical movement

• Over-the-counter dietary supplements

• Mental well-being and mindset tools

These suggestions are not medical advice. You are under no obligation to implement them, and any action you take is solely at your own discretion and risk.

You should consult with a medical or qualified healthcare provider before taking any supplement or beginning a new exercise program.

11. Personal Responsibility

By participating in coaching sessions, programs, or using content from Intrinsic Nutrition LLC, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your own health, decisions, and actions.

• You voluntarily choose to follow the advice and suggestions provided, and you understand they are not prescriptive or mandatory.

• You accept full responsibility for any outcomes that result from applying or choosing not to apply the information or recommendations provided.

We make no guarantees or warranties of success, results, or outcomes. Results vary greatly depending on individual effort, motivation, mindset, health status, and many factors beyond our control.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website — including text, graphics, branding, audio, video, programs, documents, tools, and downloadable files — are the sole property of Intrinsic Nutrition LLC or its content licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

You may not record, screenshot, photograph, or otherwise capture any part of our coaching sessions, communications, or digital content without our prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, video calls, screen shares, downloadable materials, and any proprietary content shared during sessions. Unauthorized use or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action for any unauthorized use.​

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrinsic Nutrition LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or health outcomes

• Lost profits or business interruption

• Errors, delays, or technical failures

• Actions taken based on our content or coaching

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the website and our services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intrinsic Nutrition LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the website or services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or data privacy

15. External Links & Third-Party Services

This site may include links to external websites or tools (e.g., supplement platforms, payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

Use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their policies.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan. Any arbitration or legal proceedings shall take place in accordance with Michigan state law and in a court of competent jurisdiction in Oakland County.

18. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
