Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we understand that schedules sometimes need to change. To keep things fair for all clients and respectful of everyone’s time, please note the following: - Rescheduling or canceling more than 12 hours before the session: No charge. - Rescheduling or canceling within 12 hours but more than 1 hour before: 50% of the session fee may be charged. - Canceling within 1 hour or no-show (arriving more than 10 minutes late): Full session fee may be charged, and no rescheduling possibility or refund. All changes must be submitted via the platform or email used for booking. Failure to follow these policies may result in service denial. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to: - Missed sessions - Client dissatisfaction - Perceived lack of results - Early withdrawal from a program or membership By purchasing a package or program, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Because many elements (such as custom plans and strategies) are provided early in our work together, memberships cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased, even if only one session has occurred. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our services and provide the best possible experience to all clients.
